Steeplechase consists of 81 town homes at the intersection of
West Chester Pike (Route 3) and Chester Hollow Road.
Houses 1 through 37 are on Harrison Road West and houses 38 through 81 are on Harrison Road East.
Construction started on Harrison Road East in the fall of 1986.
Construction on Harrison Road West was completed in the fall of 1989.
Our community is located in East Goshen Township, Chester County, PA.
We are protected by the Westtown-East Goshen Police Department and within the West Chester Area School District, where our school taxes are paid. We are within minutes of West Chester, Malvern, Paoli, Exton, Valley Forge, King of Prussia and only 25 minutes from the Philadelphia Airport and 15 minutes to the Delaware borderline.
We are EnergyStar and WaterSense partners. We have been awarded Gold Star Certification by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) as one of the best run homeowners associations in Pennsylvania. CAI certification is renewable every three years.
